Contract Type

This contract is a fully competed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) direct order, direct bill non-mandatory dual award contract for a five year period, one base year and four option years.  The contract value is set at $20.0M.

This contract offers telecommunications equipment, labor, and maintenance service in direct support to federal agencies Nationwide.  The contract allows the federal agencies the ability to place orders $3,000 or less directly with the vendors or seek the assisted services offered by the GSA/FAS Nationwide staff. Any order higher than $3,000 must go directly through GSA.  This initiative will provide federal agencies the ability to procure comprehensive telecommunications equipment and services, that will streamline the ordering and management of projects and services, and ultimately lower the total cost of commercial products and services.

Service Types


Customers can place orders directly with the TelServ contractor or they can request GSA assistance for placing orders. With Direct Order/Direct Bill, the agency is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition and GSA only provides the contract vehicle. Under Assist and/or develop an SOW
Ensuring contractual compliance  with the Federal Acquisition Regulation
Verification, obligation, and ensuring proper use of funds
Evaluating proposals and awarding orders
Maintaining all award documentation
Processing order closeout
